حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ خَالِدًا الْحَذَّاءَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الشِّخِّيرِ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الشِّخِّيرِ، عَنْ عِيَاضِ بْنِ حِمَارٍ الْمُجَاشِعِيِّ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:
" مَنِ الْتَقَطَ لُقَطَةً فَلْيُشْهِدْ ذَوَيْ عَدْلٍ - أَوْ ذَا عَدْلٍ - وَلَا يَكْتُمْ وَلَا يُغَيِّبْ، فَإِنْ جَاءَ صَاحِبُهَا فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا، وَإِلَّا فَهُوَ مَالُ اللهِ يُؤْتِيهِ مَنْ يَشَاءُ
