حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّبَرِيُّ أنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أنا الثَّوْرِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي قَيْسٍ عَنْ هُزَيْلِ بْنِ شُرَحْبِيلَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَضَى فِي رَجُلٍ تَرَكَ ابْنَتَهُ وَابْنَةَ ابْنِهِ وَأُخْتَهُ فَجَعَلَ لِلْبِنْتِ النِّصْفَ وَلِابْنَةِ الِابْنِ السُّدُسَ وَمَا بَقِيَ فَلِلْأُخْتِ
