حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ قَالَ
دَخَلْتُ أنا وَابْنُ مَسْعُودٍ الْمَسْجِدَ وَالْإِمَامُ رَاكِعٌ فَرَكَعْنَا ثُمَّ مَضَيْنَا حَتَّى اسْتَوَيْنَا بِالصَّفِّ فَلَمَّا فَرَغَ الْإِمَامُ قُمْتُ أَقْضِي فَقَالَ «قَدْ أَدْرَكْتَهُ»

✧ I and Ibn Masʿud entered the mosque while the imam was bowing, so we bowed, then we moved on until we stood in line with the row. When the imam finished, I stood up to make up [the prayer], but he said, "You caught it."
