حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ السَّدُوسِيُّ ثنا عَاصِمُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ثنا الْمَسْعُودِيُّ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْأَقْمَرِ عَنْ أَبِي الْأَحْوَصِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ «§مَنْ سَرَّهُ
أَنْ يَلْقَى اللهَ غَدًا مُسْلِمًا فَلْيُحَافِظْ عَلَى هَؤُلَاءِ الصَّلَوَاتِ حَيْثُ يُنَادَى بِهِنَّ فَإِنَّ اللهَ ﷻ قَدْ شَرَعَ لِنَبِيِّكُمْ ﷺ سُنَنَ الْهُدَى وَإِنَّهُنَّ مِنْ سُنَنِ الْهُدَى وَإِنِّي لَأَحْسِبُ مَا مِنْكُمْ مِنْ أَحَدٍ إِلَّا وَلَهُ مَسْجِدٌ يُصَلِّي فِيهِ وَلَوْ تَرَكْتُمْ سُنَّةَ نَبِيِّكُمْ ﷺ لَضَلَلْتُمْ وَمَا مِنْ عَبْدٍ مُسْلِمٍ يَتَوَضَّأُ فَيُحْسِنُ الْوُضُوءَ ثُمَّ يَمْضِي إِلَى الصَّلَاةِ إِلَّا كَتَبَ اللهُ لَهُ بِكُلِّ خُطْوَةٍ حَسَنَةٍ وَرَفَعَهُ بِهَا دَرَجَةٌ وَحَطَّ عَنْهَا بِهَا خَطِيئَةٌ»

✧ Whoever wants to meet Allah tomorrow as a Muslim, let him guard these prayers where the call is given for them, for Allah ﷻ has prescribed for your Prophet ﷺ the ways of guidance, and they are among the ways of guidance. I think there is no one among you except he has a mosque in which he prays. If you abandoned the Sunnah of your Prophet ﷺ, you would go astray. No Muslim servant performs ablution and perfects the ablution, then proceeds to prayer except that Allah records for him for every step a good deed, raises him a degree by it, and removes from him a sin by it.
