حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ الدَّبَرِيُّ أَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ لَيْثٍ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ

أُتِيَ بِأَبِي قُحَافَةَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ كَأَنَّ رَأْسَهُ ثَغَامَةٌ بَيْضَاءُ فَقَالَ «غَيِّرُوهُ وَجَنِّبُوهُ السَّوَادَ»

✧ Abu Quhafa was brought to the Prophet ﷺ on the day of the conquest, his head like white thaghama (a white plant). He said, "Change it and keep him away from black."
