حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ الْأَشْعَثِ ثنا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ آدَمَ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ ثنا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ مُوسَى ثنا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ وَاقِدٍ ثنا أَبُو غَالِبٍ عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «الْإِمَامُ ضَامِنٌ وَالْمُؤَذِّنُ مُؤْتَمَنٌ»

✧ I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "The imam is a guarantor, and the mu'adhdhin is entrusted."
