✧ Abu Umamah narrated to me in a hadith he raised to the Prophet ﷺ: He said: “No Muslim performs ablution, washing his hands, rinsing his mouth, and performing ablution as he has been commanded, except that Allah removes from him the sins he committed that day — what his mouth uttered, what his hand touched, and what he walked toward — so that the sins trickle down from his extremities. Then when he walks to the mosque, one foot records a good deed and the other erases a bad deed.”
