حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ زُهَيْرٍ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ الْحَفَرِيُّ عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ الطَّائِفِيِّ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ الشَّرِيدِ قَالَ
كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «يَقْضِي بِالشُّفْعَةِ فِي الْبِئْرِ وَالدَّارِ وَالْحَائِطِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُقَسِّمَ»
Translation
