حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ ثنا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْمَهْرَقَانِيُّ ثنا عَامِرُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ يَعْقُوبَ الْقُمِّيِّ عَنْ عَنْبَسَةَ عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ جَارِيَةَ عَنْ شَرِيكٍ رَجُلٍ مِنَ الصَّحَابَةِ
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ زَنَى خَرَجَ مِنْهُ الْإِيمَانُ وَمَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ غَيْرَ مُكْرَهٍ وَلَا مُضْطَرٍّ خَرَجَ مِنْهُ الْإِيمَانُ وَمَنِ انْتَهَبَ نُهْبَةً يَسْتَسْمِرُ فِيهَا النَّاسَ خَرَجَ مِنْهُ الْإِيمَانُ فَإِنْ تَابَ تَابَ اللهُ عَلَيْهِ»

✧ From the Prophet ﷺ, he said: “Whoever commits adultery, faith departs from him; whoever drinks wine without being forced or compelled, faith departs from him; and whoever plunders a spoil that people keep looking at, faith departs from him — but if he repents, God will turn to him.”
