حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ ثنا أَبُو مَسْعُودٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْفُرَاتِ ثنا سَهْلُ بْنُ عَبْدِ رَبِّهِ السِّنْدِيُّ ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ أَبِي قَيْسٍ عَنْ غَيْلَانَ بْنِ جَامِعٍ عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ الشَّامِيِّ عَنْ مَحْمُودِ بْنِ الرَّبِيعِ عَنْ شَدَّادِ بْنِ أَوْسٍ ؓ قَالَ

قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ إِذَا جَمَعَ اللهُ الْأَوَّلِينَ وَالْآخَرِينَ بِبَقِيعٍ وَاحِدٍ يَنْفُذُهُمُ الْبَصَرُ وَيُسْمِعُهُمُ الدَّاعِيَ قَالَ أَنَا خَيْرُ شَرِيكٍ كُلُّ عَمَلٍ كَانَ عُمِلَ لِي فِي دَارِ الدُّنْيَا كَانَ لِي فِيهِ شَرِيكٌ فَأَنَا أَدَعُهُ الْيَوْمَ وَلَا أَقْبَلُ الْيَوْمَ إِلَّا خَالِصًا ثُمَّ قَرَأَ {إِلَّا عِبَادَ اللهِ الْمُخْلَصِينَ} {فَمَنْ كَانَ يَرْجُو لِقَاءَ رَبِّهِ فَلْيَعْمَلْ عَمَلًا صَالِحًا وَلَا يُشْرِكْ بِعِبَادَةِ رَبِّهِ أَحَدًا}

✧ The Prophet ﷺ said: “When Allah gathers the first and the last in one open plain, sight will pierce them and the caller will make them hear.” He said: “I am the best partner. Every deed that was done for Me in the world in which someone else was associated with Me, I abandon it today and accept only what is purely for Me.” Then he recited: {Except the sincere servants of Allah} and {So whoever hopes for the meeting with his Lord, let him work righteous deeds and not associate anyone in the worship of his Lord}.
