وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ ؓ قَالَ
كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ إِذَا غَزَا أَوْ سَافَرَ فَأَقْبَلَ رَاجِعًا إِلَى الْمَدِينَةِ يَقُولُ «آيِبُونَ لِرَبِّنَا حَامِدُونَ لِرَبِّنَا عَابِدُونَ»
Translation
Chain of narrators
- Samurah b. Jundub
✧ When the Prophet ﷺ went on a military expedition or a journey and then returned to Madinah, he would say: “Returning to our Lord, praising our Lord, worshipping our Lord.”
