وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ يَقُولُ «إِذَا أُنْكِحَتِ امْرَأَةٌ يَنْكِحُهَا رَجُلَانِ شَتًّى كِلَاهُمَا مَوْلًى فَأَحَقُّ النَّاكِحَيْنِ أَوَّلُهُمَا وَالْبَيْعُ إِذَا ابْتَاعَ رَجُلَانِ سِلْعَةً وَاحِدَةً فَإِنَّ أَحَقَّهُمَا بِهَا أَوَّلُهُمَا»
Translation

- Samurah b. Jundub
✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ used to say: “If a woman is married off and two different men wish to marry her, both of them guardians, the one with the most right among the two suitors is the first of them. And in a sale, if two men purchase the same item, the one with the most right to it is the first of them.”
