وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ كَانَ يَقُولُ «مَنْ بَاعَ أَرْضًا أَوْ دَارًا فَإِنَّ جَارَ الْأَرْضِ وَجَارَ الدَّارِ هُوَ أَحَقُّ بِابْتِيَاعِهَا إِذَا أَقَامَ ثَمَنَهَا»
Translation

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ used to say: “Whoever sells land or a house, the neighbor of the land or the neighbor of the house has more right to buy it if he meets its price.”
