وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ قَالَ
كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ لَنَا «لَا يَحِلُّ لِرَجُلٍ مُسْلِمٍ أَنْ يَجْدَعَ عَبْدَهُ وَلَا يُخْصِيَهُ وَمَنْ نَعْلَمُهُ فَعَلَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ شَيْئًا نَفْعَلُ بِهِ مِثْلَهُ»
Translation
Chain of narrators
- Samurah b. Jundub
✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ used to say to us: 'It is not lawful for a Muslim man to cut off the nose of his slave or to castrate him. And whoever we know has done any of that, we will do the same to him.'
