وَبِإِسْنَادِهِ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ لَنَا يَوْمًا قَدْ قِيلَ لِيَ اقْرَأْ عَلَى ابْنِ الْخَطَّابِ فَدَعَاهُ فَأَمَرَ أَنْ يَحْضُرَ الْقُرْآنَ إِذَا أُنْزِلَ لِيَقْرَأَهُ عَلَيْهِ
Translation
✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to us one day: “It has been said to me: ‘Recite to Ibn al-Khattab.’” So he called him and commanded that he attend the Qur’an when it was revealed so that he could recite it to him.
