حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ هَارُونَ ثنا مَرْوَانُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ السَّمُرِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ خُبَيْبِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ سَعْدِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ ثنا خُبَيْبُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ
كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ لَنَا «مَنْ قَتَلَ رَجُلًا فَإِنَّ لَهُ سَلَبَهُ مِنَ الْفَيْءِ إِذَا مَا لَقِفَهَا»
