حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ زُهَيْرٍ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ كَرَامَةَ ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُوسَى عَنْ مَجَاعَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «جَارُ الدَّارِ أَحَقُّ بِالشُّفْعَةِ»
