ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْمُعَلَّى الدِّمَشْقِيُّ ثنا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ هَارُونَ وَجَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْفِرْيَابِيُّ قَالَا ثنا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ قَالَا ثنا حَاتِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنِ الْجُعَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ السَّائِبَ بْنَ يَزِيدَ قَالَ
ذَهَبَتْ بِي خَالَتِي إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنَّ ابْنَ أُخْتِي وَجِعٌ «فَمَسَحَ رَأْسِي وَدَعَا لِي بِالْبَرَكَةِ ثُمَّ تَوَضَّأَ فَشَرِبْتُ مِنْ وَضُوئِهِ ثُمَّ قُمْتُ خَلْفَ ظَهْرِهِ فَنَظَرْتُ إِلَى خَاتَمِهِ بَيْنَ كَتِفَيْهِ مِثْلَ زِرِّ الْحَجَلَةِ»

✧ My maternal aunt took me to the Prophet ﷺ and said, “O Messenger of God, my sister’s son is unwell.” He wiped my head and supplicated for blessing for me. Then he performed ablution, and I drank from his leftover ablution water. Then I stood behind his back and looked at the seal between his shoulder blades, like the button of a bridal canopy.
