حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ثنا حَشْرَجُ بْنُ نُبَاتَةَ حَدَّثَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ جُمْهَانَ حَدَّثَنِي سَفِينَةُ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «الْخِلَافَةُ بَيْنَ أُمَّتِي ثَلَاثُونَ سَنَةً ثُمَّ مُلْكٌ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ» ثُمَّ قَالَ لِي سَفِينَةُ أَمْسِكْ فَأَمْسَكْتُ خِلَافَةَ أَبِي بَكْرٍ وَخِلَافَةَ عُمَرَ وَخِلَافَةَ عُثْمَانَ وَخِلَافَةَ عَلِيٍّ ؓ فَوَجَدْتُهَا ثَلَاثِينَ
Translation

✧ The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ, said, "The caliphate will be among my nation for thirty years, then there will be kingship after that." Then he said to me, "Hold on to the ship." So I held on to the caliphate of Abu Bakr, the caliphate of Umar, the caliphate of Uthman, and the caliphate of Ali, may Allah be pleased with them. And I found it to be thirty years.
