حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا أَبُو غَسَّانَ مَالِكُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ ثنا الْمُطَّلِبُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ أَبِي لَيْلَى جَدِّ مُحَمَّدٍ

أَنَّهُ مَرَّ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَالنَّبِيُّ ﷺ يُصَلِّي تَطَوُّعًا فَمَرَّ بِآيَةٍ مِنْ ذِكْرِ النَّارِ فَقَالَ «وَيْلٌ لِأَهْلِ النَّارِ أَعُوذُ بِاللهِ مِنْ عَذَابِ النَّارِ»

✧ He passed by the Prophet ﷺ while the Prophet ﷺ was praying a voluntary prayer, and he came across a verse mentioning the Fire, so he said, "Woe to the people of the Fire! I seek refuge with Allah from the punishment of the Fire."
