حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ ثنا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ ثنا بَكْرُ بْنُ بَكَّارٍ ثنا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ جَوْنِ بْنِ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ الْمُحَبِّقِ
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فِي رَجُلٍ وَقَعَ عَلَى جَارِيَةِ امْرَأَتَهِ «إِنْ كَانَ اسْتَكْرَهَهَا فَهِيَ حُرَّةٌ وَعَلَيْهِ مِثْلُهَا وَإِنْ كَانَتْ طَاوَعَتْهُ فَهِيَ لَهُ وَلَهَا عَلَيْهِ مِثْلُهَا»
