حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بَكْرٍ السَّرَّاجُ الْعَسْكَرِيُّ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْمَدِينِيِّ فُسْتُقَةُ قَالَا ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبَّادٍ الْمَكِّيُّ ثنا حَاتِمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنْ إِيَاسِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ الْأَكْوَعِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «أَيُّمَا رَجُلٍ وَامْرَأَةٍ أَيِّمٍ تَرَاضَيَا فَعِشْرَتُهُمَا ثَلَاثُ لَيَالٍ فَإِنْ أَرَادَا أَنْ يَتَزَايَدَا تَزَايَدَا وَإِنْ أَرَادَا أَنْ يَتَتَارَكَا تَتَارَكَا» وَاللَّفْظُ لِحَدِيثِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ
