حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زَيْدٍ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ حَاتِمٍ الْمُرَادِيُّ الْمِصْرِيُّ ثنا نُعَيْمُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ ثنا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنْ خَارِجَةَ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لِعَمِّهِ الْعَبَّاسِ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ «أَنَا خَاتَمُ النَّبِيِّينَ» ثُمَّ رَفَعَ يَدَهُ وَقَالَ «اللهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِلْعَبَّاسِ وَأَبْنَاءِ الْعَبَّاسِ وَأَبْنَاءِ أَبْنَاءِ الْعَبَّاسِ»
