حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ الْمُؤَدِّبُ ثنا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْعَطَّارُ ثنا أَبُو مَرْيَمَ عَبْدُ الْغَفَّارِ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ عَنِ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ كَثِيرٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ أَنَّ عُبَيْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ حَدَّثَهُ
أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ وَزَيْدَ بْنَ خَالِدٍ أَنَّهُمَا شَهِدَا رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ سُئِلَ عَنِ الْأَمَةِ إِذَا زَنَتْ؟ قَالَ «اجْلِدُوهَا ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ ثُمَّ بِيعُوهَا وَلَوْ بِعِقَالٍ»

✧ He heard Abu Hurayrah and Zayd b. Khalid, who testified that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was asked about a slave woman if she fornicates. He said, "Flog her three times, then sell her, even for a hobble-cord."
