حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ هَاشِمٍ الْبَغَوِيُّ ثنا أُمَيَّةُ بْنُ بِسْطَامٍ ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ زُرَيْعٍ ثنا سَعِيدٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ عَنْ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ لَمَّا صَبَّحَ خَيْبَرَ وَقَدْ أَخَذُوا مَسَاحِيَهُمْ وَمَكَاتِلَهُمْ وَغَدَوْا عَلَى حُرُوثِهِمْ فَلَمَّا رَأَوْا نَبِيَّ اللهِ ﷺ مَعَهُ الْخَمِيسُ نَكَصُوا مُدْبِرِينَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ اللهُ أَكْبَرُ خَرِبَتْ خَيْبَرُ إِنَّا إِذَا نَزَلْنَا بِسَاحَةِ قَوْمٍ فَسَاءَ صَبَاحُ الْمُنْذَرِينَ»

✧ When the Messenger of God ﷺ came upon Khaybar in the morning, they had taken their hoes and baskets and gone out to their fields. When they saw the Prophet of God ﷺ with the army, they retreated, turning back. The Messenger of God ﷺ said, "God is greatest! God is greatest! God is greatest! Khaybar is ruined! Indeed, when we descend upon the open area of a people, then evil is the morning of those who were warned."
