حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ الْقَاضِي ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الْمُقَدَّمِيُّ ثنا حُصَيْنُ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ ثنا أَبُو بَلْجٍ يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي سُلَيْمٍ عَنْ عَبَايَةَ بْنِ رِفَاعَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ

مَاتَ أَبِي وَتَرَكَ أَرْضًا وَتَرَكَ جَارِيَةً وَغُلَامًا حَجَّامًا وَنَاضِحًا فَأَتَوْا رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فِي ذَلِكَ فَقَالَ لَهُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ «ازْرَعُوهَا أَوِ امْنَحُوهَا» وَنَهَاهُمْ عَنْ كَسْبِ الْأَمَةِ وَقَالَ «أَعْلِفُوا كَسْبَ الْحَجَّامِ النَّاضِحَ»

✧ "My father died and left behind land, a slave girl, a servant boy, and a payment. So they came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and he said to them regarding the land: 'Cultivate it or gift it.' And he forbade them from the earnings of the slave girl and said: 'Combine the earnings of the servant boy.'"
