حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ ثنا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ أَبِي بَلْجٍ عَنْ عَبَايَةَ بْنِ رِفَاعَةَ قَالَ
مَاتَ رِفَاعَةُ عَلَى عَهْدِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَتَرَكَ عَبْدًا حَجَّامًا وجَمَلًا نَاضِحًا وَأَرْضًا فَقَالَ «أَمَّا الْحَجَّامُ فَلَا تَأْكُلُوا مِنْ كَسْبِهِ وَأَطْعِمُوهُ النَّاضِحَ» قَالُوا الْأَمَةُ تَكْسِبُ قَالَ «لَا تَأْكُلْ مِنْ كَسْبِ الْأَمَةِ فَإِنِّي أَخَافُ أَنْ تَبْتَغِيَ بِفَرْجِهَا»

✧ Rifa'ah died during the time of the Prophet ﷺ and left a cupper slave, a water-carrying camel, and land. He said: 'As for the cupper, do not eat from his earnings, but feed them to the water-carrying camel.' They said: 'The slave girl earns.' He said: 'Do not eat from the earnings of a slave girl, for I fear that she may earn with her private parts.'
