حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ الْحِمْيَرِيُّ ثنا مَكِّيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ثنا أَبُو حَنِيفَةَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ مَسْرُوقٍ عَنْ عَبَايَةَ بْنِ رِفَاعَةَ عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّ بَعِيرًا مِنَ إِبِلِ الصَّدَقَةِ نَدَّ فَطَلَبُوهُ فَلَمَّا أَعْيَاهُمْ أَنْ يَأْخُذُوهُ رَمَاهُ رَجُلٌ بِسَهْمٍ فَأَصَابَ مَقْتَلَهُ فَسَأَلُوهُ عَنْ أَكْلِهِ فَأَمَرَهُمْ بِأَكْلِهِ فَقَالَ «إِنَّ لَهَا أَوَابِدَ كَأَوَابِدِ الْوَحْشِ فَإِذَا خَشِيتُمْ مِنْهَا شَيْئًا فَاصْنَعُوا بِهِ مِثْلَ مَا صَنَعْتُمْ بِهَذَا ثُمَّ كُلُوهُ»

✧ From the Prophet ﷺ: A camel from the charity camels bolted, so they sought it. When they were unable to catch it, a man shot it with an arrow and hit its vital spot. They asked him about eating it, and he ordered them to eat it, saying: "These camels have wild streaks like the wild streaks of wild animals. So if you fear anything of them, do to it the like of what you did to this one, then eat it."
