حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْبَزَّازُ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي يُوسُفَ الْمِسْكِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْلَى زُنْبُورٌ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُبَيْدَةَ عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ سَهْلِ بْنِ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ

«نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنِ الْمُحَاقَلَةِ وَالْمُزَابَنَةِ وَالْمُنَابَذَةِ وَنَهَى أَنْ يَقُولَ الرَّجُلُ لِلرَّجُلِ ابْتَعْ هَذَا بِنَقْدٍ واشْتَرِهِ بِنَسِيئَةٍ حَتَّى يَبْتَاعَهُ ويُحْرِزَهُ وَعَنْ كَالئٍ بِكَالئٍ وَدَيْنٍ بِدَيْنٍ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade muḥāqalah, muzābanah, and munābadhah; he forbade a man saying to another man, "Buy this for cash and buy it on credit," until he buys it and takes possession of it; and he forbade a deferred [payment] for a deferred [payment] and a debt for a debt.
