حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ ثنا قَطَنُ بْنُ نُسَيْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ثنا الْمُعَلَّى بْنُ زِيَادٍ الْقُرْدُوسِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ صُهَيْبٍ قَالَ

كُنْتُ مَعَ الْحَسَنِ فَمَرَّ بِهِ رَجُلٌ فَحَدَّثَهُ قَالَ قَالَ ذُو الْيَدَيْنِ «يَا مَعْشَرَ الْأَنْصَارِ أَلَيْسَ أَمَرَكُمْ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ تَصْبِرُوا حَتَّى تَلَقَّوْهُ؟»

✧ I was with al-Ḥasan when a man passed by him and spoke to him. He said: Dhū al-Yadayn said: "O assembly of the Anṣār, did not the Messenger of Allah ﷺ command you to be patient until you meet him?"
