حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ

عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ وَمُجَمِّعٍ ابْنَيْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ جَارِيَةَ قَالَا «أَنْكَحَ خِذَامٌ ابْنَتَهُ وَهِي كَارِهَةٌ رَجُلًا وَهِي ثَيِّبٌ فَأَتَتِ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ لَهُ فَرَدَّ نِكَاحَهَا»

✧ On the authority of ‘Abd al-Rahman and Mujammi‘, the two sons of Yazid b. Jariya, they said: “Khidam married off his daughter, while she was unwilling, to a man, and she was a thayyib. She came to the Prophet ﷺ and mentioned that to him, so he annulled her marriage.”
