حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا يَحْيَى الْحِمَّانِيُّ ثنا خَالِدُ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْعَاصِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبِي يَذْكُرُ عَنْ خَالِدِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ

بَعَثَنِي النَّبِيُّ ﷺ إِلَى الْيَمَنِ فَقَالَ «مَنْ مَرَرْتَ بِهِ مِنَ الْعَرَبِ فَسَمِعْتَ فِيهِمُ الْأَذَانَ فَلَا تَعْرِضْ لَهُ وَمَنْ لَمْ تَسْمَعْ فِيهِمُ الْأَذَانَ فَادْعُهُمْ إِلَى الْإِسْلَامِ فَإِنْ لَمْ يُجِيبُوا فَجَاهِدْهُمْ»

✧ The Prophet ﷺ sent me to Yemen and said, “Whoever of the Arabs you pass by and you hear the call to prayer among them, do not confront them. Whoever you do not hear the call to prayer among, invite them to Islam, and if they do not respond, then fight them.”
