حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ بَشَّارٍ قَالَ ثنا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ

لِلرَّجُلِ مِنَ امْرَأَتِهِ كُلُّ شَيْءٍ مَا خَلَا الْفَرْجَ يَعْنِي وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ قَالَ يَبِيتَانِ فِي لِحَافٍ وَاحِدٍ يَعْنِي الْحَائِضَ إِذَا كَانَ عَلَى الْفَرْجِ ثَوْبٌ

Translation

✧ A man may have from his wife anything except intercourse, meaning while she is menstruating. He said, 'They may spend the night under one cover,' meaning the menstruating woman, if there is a cloth over the private part.
