حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ هَارُونَ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُعَاوِيَةَ الْجُمَحِيُّ ثنا نُعَيْمُ بْنُ حُصَيْنٍ السَّدُوسِيُّ حَدَّثَنِي عَمِّي عَنْ جَدِّي قَالَ
أَتَيْنَا الْمَدِينَةَ وَالنَّبِيُّ ﷺ بِهَا وَمَعِي إِبِلٌ لِي فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ مُرْ أَهْلَ الْغَائِطِ أَنْ يُحْسِنُوا مُخَالَطَتِي وَأَنْ يُعِينُونِي قَالَ فَقَامُوا مَعِي فَلَمَّا بِعْتُ إِبِلِي أَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَالَ لِي «ادْنُهُ» فَمَسَحَ يَدَهُ عَلَى نَاصِيَتِي وَدَعَا لِي ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ
Translation

✧ We came to Madinah while the Prophet ﷺ was there, and with me were some camels of mine. I said, "O Messenger of God, command the people of the lowland to treat me well in their dealings with me and to help me." He said, "So they stood with me." When I had sold my camels, I came to the Prophet ﷺ, and he said to me, "Come closer." Then he passed his hand over my forelock and supplicated for me three times.
