حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ مُوسَى ثنا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ ثنا سُفْيَانُ ثنا زَكَرِيَّا عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَوْمَ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ يَقُولُ «لَا تُغْزَى بَعْدَ هَذَا الْيَوْمِ أَبَدًا» قَالَ سُفْيَانُ تَفْسِيرُهُ «عَلَى الْكُفْرِ»

✧ I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say on the day of the conquest of Makkah, “It will never be invaded after this day.” Sufyān said: Its meaning is “on account of disbelief.”
