حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزِّنْبَاعِ رَوْحُ بْنُ الْفَرَجِ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عُفَيْرٍ ثنا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنِ أَبِي الْأَسْوَدِ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ أَبِي وَاقِدٍ اللَّيْثِيِّ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ
«أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ صَلَّى بِالنَّاسِ يَوْمَ الْفِطْرِ وَالْأَضْحَى فَكَبَّرَ فِي الرَّكْعَةِ الْأُولَى سَبْعًا وَقَرَأَ ق وَالْقُرْآنِ الْمَجِيدِ وَفِي الثَّانِيَةِ خَمْسًا وَقَرَأَ اقْتَرَبَتِ السَّاعَةُ وَانْشَقَّ الْقَمَرُ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ led the people in prayer on the day of Fitr and Adha. He said the takbir seven times in the first rak'ah and recited, 'Qaf. By the Glorious Quran,' and in the second rak'ah five times and recited, 'The Hour has drawn near and the moon has split.'
