حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ شَاذَانُ ثنا أَبِي ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْجَارُودِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ شَاذَانُ ثنا سَعْدُ بْنُ الصَّلْتِ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ مَعْبَدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ عَنْ حَارِثَةَ بْنِ وَهْبٍ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «أَلَا أُنَبِّئُكُمْ بِأَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ؟» قَالُوا بَلَى قَالَ «رَجُلٌ ضَعِيفٌ مُتَضَعِّفٌ لَوْ أَقْسَمَ عَلَى اللهِ لَأَبَرَّهُ أَلَا أُنَبِّئُكُمْ بِأَهْلِ النَّارِ؟» قَالُوا بَلَى قَالَ «كُلُّ عُتُلٍّ جَوَّاظٍ مُتَكَبِّرٍ»

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ said: "Shall I inform you of the people of Paradise?" They said, "Yes." He said, "A weak man who is considered weak; were he to swear by God, He would fulfill his oath. Shall I inform you of the people of the Fire?" They said, "Yes." He said, "Every rude, arrogant miser."
