حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ التَّمَّارُ ثنا أَبُو الْوَلِيدُ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ الْقَاضِي ثنا عُمَرُ بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ الْمُنْذِرِ الْقَزَّازُ ثنا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَوْضِيُّ قَالَ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ وَالْحَوْضِيُّ ثنا شُعْبَةُ وَقَالَ عَمْرٌو أَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ صَالِحٍ أَبِي الْخَلِيلِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ حِزَامٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا فَإِنْ صَدَقَا وَبَيَّنَا بُورِكَ لَهُمَا فِي بَيْعِهِمَا وَإِنْ كَتَمَا وَكَذَبَا مُحِقَتْ بَرَكَةُ بَيْعِهِمَا»

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ said: "The two parties to a sale have the option as long as they have not separated. If they are truthful and clear, they are blessed in their sale, and if they conceal and lie, the blessing of their sale is wiped out."
