حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ الْمُؤَدِّبُ حَدَّثَنَا سُرَيْجُ بْنُ النُّعْمَانِ ثنا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ عَنْ بَيَانِ بْنِ بِشْرٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ بْنِ أَسِيدٍ الْغِفَارِيِّ قَالَ

«كُنَّا نُضَحِّي الْأُضْحِيَّةَ الْوَاحِدَةَ فَزَعَمُوا أَنَّمَا يَمْنَعُنا مِنْ ذَلِكَ الشُّحُّ فَحَمَلُونَا عَلَى تَرْكِ السُّنَّةِ بَعْدَ أَنْ عَرَفْنَاهَا»
