حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا الزُّبَيْرُ حَدَّثَنِي أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلْمَانَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ الدَّرَاوَرْدِيِّ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ

«أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ بَايَعَ الْحَسَنَ وَالْحُسَيْنَ وَعَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عَبَّاسٍ وَعَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ جَعْفَرٍ ؓ وَهُمْ صِغَارٌ لَمْ يَبْلُغُوا» قَالَ «وَلَمْ يُبَايِعْ صَغِيرًا إِلَّا مِنَّا»

✧ "The Prophet ﷺ gave allegiance to al-Hasan, al-Husayn, 'Abd Allah b. 'Abbas, and 'Abd Allah b. Ja'far ؓ while they were young and had not reached puberty." He said, "He did not accept the allegiance of any minor except from among us."
