حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ هَاشِمٍ الْبَغَوِيُّ ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ سَيْفٍ ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ طَرِيفٍ عَنِ الْأَصْبَغِ بْنِ نُبَاتَةَ قَالَ دَخَلْتُ مَعَ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ؓ إِلَى الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ نَعُودُهُ فَقَالَ

لَهُ عَلِيٌّ ؓ كَيْفَ أَصْبَحْتَ يَا ابْنَ رَسُولِ اللهِ؟ قَالَ أَصْبَحْتُ بِحَمْدِ اللهِ بَارِئًا قَالَ كَذَلِكَ إِنْ شَاءَ اللهُ ثُمَّ قَالَ الْحَسَنُ ؓ أَسْنِدُوني فَأَسْنَدَهُ عَلِيٌّ ؓ إِلَى صَدْرِهِ فَقَالَ سَمِعْتُ جَدِّي رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «إِنَّ فِي الْجَنَّةِ شَجَرَةً يُقَالُ لَهَا شَجَرَةُ الْبَلْوَى يُؤْتَى بِأَهْلِ الْبَلَاءِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةَ فَلَا يُرْفَعُ لَهُمْ دِيوَانٌ وَلَا يُنْصَبُ لَهُمْ مِيزَانٌ يُصَبُّ عَلَيْهِمُ الْأَجْرُ صَبًّا» وَقَرَأَ {إِنَّمَا يُوَفَّى الصَّابِرُونَ أَجْرَهُمْ بِغَيْرِ حِسَابٍ}

✧ Ali ؓ said to him, 'How have you become this morning, O son of the Messenger of God?' He said, 'By God's praise, I have become cured.' Ali said, 'So it is, God willing.' Then al-Hasan ؓ said, 'Support me.' Ali ؓ leaned him against his chest. He said, 'I heard my grandfather the Messenger of God ﷺ say: "In Paradise there is a tree called the Tree of Trial. On the Day of Resurrection the people of trial will be brought, and no record will be raised for them, nor will a scale be set up for them; their reward will be poured upon them in abundance."' And he recited: {Indeed, the patient will be given their reward without account.}
