حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ خَالِدٍ الْحَرَّانِيُّ ثنا أَبِي ثنا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ رَبِّهِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ شَقِيقٍ عَنْ جَرِيرٍ قَالَ
كَانَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ إِذَا بَعَثَ سَرِيَّةً قَالَ «بِسْمِ اللهِ وَفِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ وَعَلَى مِلَّةِ رَسُولِ اللهِ لَا تَغُلُّوا وَلَا تَغْدِرُوا وَلَا تُمَثِّلُوا وَلَا تَقْتُلُوا الْوِلْدَانَ»

✧ When the Prophet ﷺ dispatched a raiding party, he would say, “In the name of Allah, in the path of Allah, and upon the religion of the Messenger of Allah: do not embezzle, do not act treacherously, do not mutilate, and do not kill children.”
