حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْبَزَّارُ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ صَالِحِ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ النَّرْسِيُّ قَالَا ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ يَحْيَى الْأُرُزِّيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِلَالٍ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ الْقَطَّانِ عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ بْنِ أَرْطَأَةَ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنْ قَيْسٍ عَنْ جَرِيرٍ
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «بَرِئَتِ الذِّمَّةُ مِمَّنْ أَقَامَ مَعَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ فِي دِيَارِهِمْ»
