حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ وَأَبُو مُسْلِمٍ الْكَشِّيُّ قَالَا ثنا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ الْمِنْهَالِ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ النَّرْسِيُّ قَالَا ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ أَبِي حَازِمٍ عَنْ جَرِيرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْبَجَلِيِّ
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ أَقَامَ مَعَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ فَقَدْ بَرِئَتْ مِنْهُ الذِّمَّةُ»
