حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْأَسْفَاطِيُّ ثنا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ قَالَا ثنا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي زِيَادٍ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْأَحْوَصِ عَنْ جَدَّتِهِ
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ جَاءَ وَالنَّاسُ يَزْدَحِمُونَ عَلَيْهِ عِنْدَ الْجَمْرَةِ أَوِ الْجَمَرَاتِ فَقَالَ يَا أَيُّهَا «النَّاسُ لَا تُهْلِكُوا أَنْفُسَكُمْ وَارْمُوا الْجِمَارَ بِمِثْلِ حَصَى الْخَذْفِ»

✧ The Prophet ﷺ came while the people were crowding around him at the jamrah or the jamarat, and he said: “O people, do not destroy yourselves. Stone the jamarat with pebbles like those used for khazf.”
