✧ The news of Umm Sulaim's ᴿᴬ reaction when the Messenger of Allah ﷺ visited and prayed in her house.

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْمُعَلَّى الدِّمَشْقِيُّ ثنا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ نِسْطَاسٍ حَدَّثَنِي مِرْبَعٌ عَنْ أُمِّ أَنَسٍ

أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ أَوْصِنِي قَالَ «اهْجُرِي الْمَعَاصِيَ فَإِنَّهَا أَفْضَلُ الْهِجْرَةِ وَحَافِظِي عَلَى الْفَرَائِضِ فَإِنَّهَا أَفْضَلُ الْجِهَادِ وَأَكْثِرِي مِنْ ذِكْرِ اللهِ فَإِنَّكِ لَا تَأْتِي اللهَ بِشَيْءٍ أَحَبَّ إِلَيْهِ مِنْ كَثْرَة ذِكْرِهِ»

✧ That she said, "O Messenger of Allah, advise me." He said, "Abandon sins, for that is the best emigration. Guard the obligatory duties, for that is the best jihad. And increase in the remembrance of Allah, for you will not come to Allah with anything more beloved to Him than abundant remembrance of Him."
