حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ هَارُونَ ثنا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُوسَى الْمَخْزُومِيُّ الْفِطْرِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ

تَزَوَّجَ أَبُو طَلْحَةَ أُمَّ سُلَيْمٍ وَكَانَ صَدَاقُ مَا بَيْنَهُمَا الْإِسْلَامُ أَسْلَمَتْ أُمُّ سُلَيْمٍ قَبْلَ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ فَخَطَبَهَا فَقَالَتْ «إِنِّي قَدْ أَسْلَمْتُ فِإِنْ أَسْلَمْتَ نَكَحْتُكَ» فَأَسْلَمَ فَكَانَ صَدَاقُ مَا بَيْنَهُمَا الْإِسْلَامُ

✧ Abu Talhah married Umm Sulaym, and the dower between them was Islam. Umm Sulaym accepted Islam before Abu Talhah. He proposed to her, and she said: “I have become a Muslim; if you become a Muslim, I will marry you.” So he became a Muslim, and the dower between them was Islam.
