حَدَّثَنَا أْحَمَدُ بْنُ زُهَيْرٍ التُّسْتُرِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ كَرَامَةَ ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُوسَى ثنا شَيْبَانُ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ عَنْ جَابِرٍ عَنْ أُمِّ مُبَشِّرٍ قَالَتْ

دَخَلَ عَلَيَّ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَأَنَا فِي نَخْلٍ فَقَالَ «مُسْلِمٌ غَرَسَ هَذَا أَوْ كَافِرٌ؟» قُلْتُ لَا بَلْ مُسْلِمٌ قَالَ «مَا مِنْ مُسْلِمٍ يَغْرِسُ غَرْسًا أَوْ يَزْرَعُ زًرْعًا فَيَأْكُلُ مِنْهُ طَائِرٌ أَوْ سَبُعٌ أَوْ دَابَّةٌ أَوْ إِنْسَانٌ إِلَّا كَانَتْ لَهُ صَدَقَةٌ»

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ entered upon me while I was in a palm grove and said, “A Muslim planted this or an unbeliever?” I said, “No, rather a Muslim.” He said, “No Muslim plants a tree or sows a crop and then a bird, wild animal, beast, or human eats from it, except that it is charity for him.”
