حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا مُعَلَّى بْنُ أَسَدٍ الْعَمِّيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الَّلهِ عَنْ أُمِّ مُبَشِّرٍ قَالَتْ
دَخَلَ عَلَيَّ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ «مَنْ غَرَسَ هَذَا مُسْلِمٌ أَوْ كَافِرٌ؟» فَقُلْتُ مُسْلِمٌ فَقَالَ «مَا مِنْ مُسْلِمٍ غَرَسَ غَرْسًا فَيَأْكُلُ مِنْهُ إِنْسَانٌ أَوْ دَابَّةٌ أَوْ طَائِرٌ إِلَّا كَانَتْ لَهُ صَدَقَةٌ»

✧ The Prophet ﷺ entered upon me and said, “Who planted this, a Muslim or an unbeliever?” I said, “A Muslim.” He said, “No Muslim plants a tree and then a human, beast, or bird eats from it, except that it is charity for him.”
