حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ وَالْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْأَزْدِيُّ عَنْ عُبَيْدَةَ بْنِ الْأَسْوَدِ عَنْ قَاسِمِ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ عَنْ مُصْعَبِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ جُنَادَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ جُنَادَةَ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «ثَلَاثٌ مِنْ فِعْلِ أَهْلِ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ لَا يَدَعُهُنَّ أَهْلُ الْإِسْلَامِ اسْتِسْقَاءٌ بِالْكَوَاكِبِ وَطَعْنٌ فِي النَّسَبِ وَالنِّيَاحَةُ عَلَى الْمَيِّتِ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “Three things are from the deeds of the people of ignorance that the people of Islam will not abandon: seeking rain from the stars, reviling lineage, and wailing over the dead.”
